We are a women empowerment non-profit organization dedicated to empowering
young ladies of color in the beauty & health industry to start or rebrand their businesses.
We do this by providing mentorship, training, and resources to help them succeed.
Our goal is to create a community of powerful and successful
young ladies of color who can inspire and support each other.
We believe that every young lady of color has the potential to achieve greatness,
and we are here to help them realize that potential.
Our Story
The Inspiring Ladies Bosses (ILB) story begins with Kristy Pridgen, a wife, mother, and entrepreneur. Mrs. Pridgen, a multiple business owner, firmly believes that young ladies of color can become successful business owners with a strong foundation. She emphasizes the importance of surrounding oneself with positive and inspiring women to regularly network with.
